Flat-rate shipping available on smaller orders (calculated at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
We currently ship to United States, Canada, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Saudi Arabia. International delivery times may vary, and additional customs fees may apply depending on your country's import policies.
Delays
While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow extra time during peak seasons (holidays, high heat months) due to increased demand.

Not Happy? Just Let Us Know — No Need to Ship It Back
We want every dog to love their ArcticFurr Cooling Vest. If yours doesn't fit right, arrives damaged, or just isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no return shipping required.

Depending on the situation, we'll issue a full or partial refund, or send a free replacement — your choice, and you keep the original item

Let us know — we'll send the correct size at no extra cost. No need to mail the original back.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund immediately, no questions asked.
